At theretrosnap, we want you to love your vintage-inspired finds, but if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
